COBHAM STREET TRUST and the COBHAM VILLAGE

Who are we?

Welcome to the Cobham Street Trust. We are an interdenominational Christian trust formed to provide a secure living environment for the independent elderly of limited resources.

Charitable Status: We are a charitable trust, established 2/7/79, incorporated 3/3/1981 under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and also registered 5/3/2008 with the Charities Commission with registration number CC21572.

Where are we?

Our main village is located at 23 Cobham Street, Spreydon, Christchurch. The village is close to a bus route between the city and Princess Margaret Hospital and is handy to supermarkets, shops and medical facilities.


Accountability: Cobham Street Trust is part of the Spreydon Baptist Church Community Ministries and is approved by the Charities Commission as a Registered Charity providing annual returns to the commission
