Having been part of the growth of Spreydon Baptist for forty years, former senior pastor Murray Robertson now heads up the development of the Leadership Network which seeks to inspire pastors and other church leaders throughout the country in the development of their ministries.

Three events are held regularly at Spreydon.

1. Thursday group for pastors from around Canterbury for sharing prayer and encouragement, meeting twice monthly.

2. Leadership forum for church and para church leaders meeting bi-monthly

3. 2-3 day mini conferences for pastors from around the country.
