    topics include: the value of marriage preparation; learning to communicate; talking effectively; Listening effectively

Session 2: Commitment 
    topics include: why marriage?; the marriage covenant; time together; change of loyalties

Session 3: Resolving conflict 
    topics include: handling anger; accepting our differences; dealing with finances; forgiving each other

Session 4: Keeping love alive 
    topics include: developing friendship; discovering each other's needs; building our sexual relationship

Session 5: Shared goals and values 
    topics include: matching our strides; working out our values; creating an equal partnership; building spiritual togetherness.
