General Information for SHARP camps

Pre enrolment is compulsory (only 40 places available). Please complete and return enrolment form and full payment (or see Coordinator) per child as soon as possible to reception at Spreydon Baptist Church. The full amount needs to paid one week in advance of the commencement of the camp.

Your booking will be confirmed once we receive a completed enrolment form and full payment.

Refunds: Refunds for your child not attending the week will only be given with one week's (7 days) notice prior to commencement of the camp. This does not include a $10.00 admin fee.

Payment: Payment in full must be made before the camp commences - two weeks (14 days) before at the latest.

Behaviour: Children are expected to behave in a sociable manner. Children who obstruct the safe working of the camp will have their parents/caregivers called to collect them. There will be no refund.

Health: Sick children will not be permitted to attend the programme. If a child becomes unwell during the programme, parents will be asked to collect their child. There will be no refund.

Lunch: Children will need to bring their own lunch and drink bottle on the first day of camp.

Activities on camp will include: Water-slide, basketball, crafts, mini-golf, movies, tennis, painting, team challenges, volleyball, board games, orienteering...and lots more!!

Please note that the SHARP camps are deliberately low cost so as to be affordable to all - the type of activities we do will reflect this.

There are two Camp Supervisors and they will be assisted by a team of volunteer leaders aged 15 - 18 years.
