Please complete and return enrolment form and payment to reception at Spreydon Baptist Church.
Pre enrolment is essential for all programmes. Your booking will be confirmed once we receive a completed enrolment form and your payment.
If you are applying for a WINZ subsidy please do this quickly, as you will be required to pay the full amount for your child to continue attending if the payment does not come through by the first day of the programme.
Refunds:
Refunds for your child not attending the week will only be given with one week's notice (7 days) prior to commencement of the programme, this does not include a $10 admin fee.
Payment:
Payment for all programmes must be made on enrollment
Please note: that the SHARP Programmes are deliberately low cost so as to be affordable to all children, the type and amount of trips we do will reflect this.
Our programme supervisors are teenagers who are over the age of 17, leaders are over the age of 14 and a coordinator over 20 years old who oversees all the programmes.
Please check the lost property table at the end of each day, left overs will be kept in the office for no more than one week after the holidays.
