$130 – Epic holiday programme, due to more off-site activities.
Please complete and return enrolment form and payment to reception at Spreydon Baptist Church. Pre-enrolment is essential for all programmes. Your booking will be confirmed once we receive a completed enrolment form and your payment.
If you are applying for a WINZ subsidy please do this quickly, as you will be required to pay the full amount for your child to continue attending if the payment does not come through by the first day of the programme.
Refunds:
Refunds for your child not attending the week will only be given with one week's notice (7 days) prior to commencement of the programme, this does not include a $10 admin fee.
Payment:
Payment for all programmes must be made on enrolment. Please note: that the SHARP Programmes are deliberately low cost so as to be affordable to all children, the type and amount of trips we do will reflect this.
Programme Supervision:
Our programme supervisors are young people who are over the age of 17 and leaders are over the age of 14. A coordinator over 20 years old oversees all the programmes.
Lost Property:
Please check the lost property table at the end of each day. Left-overs will be kept in the office for no more than one week after the holidays.
Sign In:
Parents please make sure you sign in for your children. Children will not be able to stay if fees have not been paid. Sign in will only be available from 8:30 am onwards.
Sign Out:
Sign out is at 3pm. Parents enter the building through the Lyttelton St car park entrance. Present your Security Card to the Supervisor at the sign out desk. If you wish someone else to pick your child up, either give your Security Card to them, or contact us to let us know.
